Course Description
This course is designed to assist dentists in integrating a range of soft tissue grafting approaches into their daily practice for effective and minimally invasive treatment of soft tissue deformities. Gingival recessions and mucogingival deformities as well as implant dehiscence defects affect a large portion of the population, but they are often neglected or inadequately addressed. This course will focus on contemporary surgical techniques, utilizing autogenous grafts and biomaterials to treat single and multiple gingival recessions, mucogingival deformities, and peri-implant dehiscence defects. Participants will learn an evidence-based rationale for selecting the most appropriate surgical technique for each case.
